Lenny Zenith as a seminal New Orleans experimental power- pop / new-wave artist performing in New Orleans, LA throughout the 1980’s. Lenny Zenith started RZA just out of High school and quickly became a staple on the burgeoning New Orleans, punk-pop, new-wave scene, noted for their innovated shows w/ added performative elements. Lenny’s vocal style and writing were equally influenced by artists as diverse as Leigh ‘Little Queenie’ Harris, James Booker, Elvis Costello, and the Sex Pistols.
