Citizen Rahne Alexander is a songwriter & multimedia performing artist from Baltimore. She is the frontwoman for the all-girl garage band, The Degenerettes .
Rahne is a core member of Baltimore’s long-running queer cabaret, the Charm City Kitty Club , and her award-winning video art has screened at festivals across the country, including Microcinefest and MIX, the Queer Experimental Film Festival . She is a regular contributor to Baltimore’s City Paper and blogs regularly at The Foucauldian Ho .
